Notre atelier a développé une finition habituellement réalisée sur le cuir, dite d’astiquage, qui consiste à appliquer à plusieurs reprises une teinture sur les tranches en les scellant contre l’humidité et l’effilochement. Celle-ci devient ainsi résistante à l’eau et reste très souple à l’usage.
