Refund policy

RETURNS

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. Items may be returned to us if they have not been used, and if they are identical upon receipt. Before shipping, please ensure that each product has its labels attached and that the original packaging is intact.

For all beauty products (solid and liquid soaps): for sanitary reasons, Paresse Paris does not accept returns of these products.

Returning your products is easy: please contact your concierge at concierge@paresseparis.com, who will then confirm our agreement to the return of the order, which will be sent to you by email with a return slip to enclose in your parcel.

Please keep your proof of dispatch.

Any return that does not follow this procedure will not be accepted.

How long does it take to get my refund?

• Once your parcel has been received and checked, we will inform you by email of receipt and whether or not we agree to the refund.
  
• If the refund request is approved, it will be processed on the original method of payment (only) within 10 working days.
