You can return your products up to 14 days after the shipping date, in which case contact our concierges to receive your return slip.

For your return to be accepted by our teams, the items must be in new condition, with the original cardboard labels and packaging.

Once your order has been finalized (payment validated), we cannot modify it.

If your order was placed less than an hour ago, please contact your concierges (concierge@paresseparis.com). We will cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

When an item is notified as a pre-order, this means that it is currently being produced in our workshops.
