Réserve de Bourgogne celebrates a beautifully clear acacia honey harvested in spring, when the acacia blossoms surrounding the Loire Valley are in full bloom. Hand-harvested without heating or filtration, it preserves the delicate floral notes and natural softness of acacia flowers. Smooth, light, and beautifully delicate, I particularly love using it instead of sugar in pastries or simply drizzled over fresh fruit and yogurt at breakfast.

Creamy Honey

Réserve de Bourgogne celebrates a delicately creamy honey harvested during the first spring blossoms, when fruit trees and wildflowers gently awaken the Burgundy countryside. Slowly churned using traditional artisanal methods, it reveals a smooth and comforting texture with soft floral notes. I especially love its richness spread over warm brioche or served alongside a breakfast toast in the morning light.

Apple Balsamic Vinegar

Réserve de Normandie is made by slowly reducing apple juice and cider vinegar in a kettle until it reaches a velvety, almost silky texture.
